All the Deputy Director of Higher Education and Elementary Education are hereby directed to circulate the approved vacation schedule, sports activity calendar and annual academic calendar for the academic session 2025-26 and ensure implementation in letter & spirit.

1. Tournament of Elementary Classes (Under-14)
- Block Level: 27th April – 29th April
- District Level: 18th May – 20th May
- State Level: 11th October – 12th October
2. Secondary Classes (Under-19)
- Block Level: 10th – 12th May
- District Level: 29th – 31st May
- State Level: 11th – 12th October
3. Bal Mela, Kala Utsav and other cultural competitions shall be part of tournaments.
4. Team size shall be n+2 students as per sport norms.
5. Only required PETs/DPEs shall be deputed for tournaments.
6. No other teaching staff shall be deputed unless required.
